Specialised remote programming for functional fitness, gymnastics and weightlifting athletes who want cleaner skills, heavier bars, and fewer injuries without the painful trial and error phase.
If you're fascinated by the technically difficult skills and want a clear path to learning them, this program is for you. Muscle Ups, Snatch, Pistol Squats, all possible with correct progressions and technical feedback.
I work with people who find are finding it difficult to acquire the coolest but hardest skills. If you have a weakness you want to turn into a strength, fill in the form below.

"Do I need any experience in gymnastics or Olympic lifting?”
No. I will help you learn from whatever level you are currently at, to whatever level you want to achieve. The sky is genuinely the limit and I will never promise unreasonable timescales just to sell you a program.
“What equipment or facility do I need access to?”
Depending on your goals you will be able to complete the sessions at most gyms with functional fitness & weightlifting areas. Most functional fitness (CrossFit) gyms will have the necessary equipment and most commercial gyms have functional fitness areas.
“Can you work around injuries?”
Absolutely, the programs can be designed and moulded to suit many requirements including injury, available kit, current skill level and more.
“How many times per week should I train?”
This is highly personal and related to current training times, goals if they have timelines attached, number of different goals etc.
Generally programs are 3 or 4 days per week, but it is not recommended to go from not training at all to 4 days per week.
If you are currently training at a functional fitness gym and just want to add in some supplementary sessions, this can be arranged and will be fewer training days.
“Do you offer online coaching if I’m not local?”
Coaching is mostly online. If you are local to Sheffield and can make it into Sheffield Weightlifting Club CIC, ask about in-person coaching for more support options.
