Learn Weightlifting Course

Learn Olympic Weightlifting on SWC 8-week course. Taking you from the basic positions in session 1, to putting some weight on the bar and testing what you're capable of in week 8. The coaching staff will create a safe and supportive environment for you to understand the technical and strength requirements, give you the tools to learn, and encourage you to progress towards greatness.

The course comes with 8 formal coached sessions, 2x open gym sessions per week to practice, an information pack which including the course material and example open gym workouts.
