LGBT+ Class - Wednesdays @5pm
We are creating a safe space for the LGBT+ community to train and get into strength training. We understand gyms are not always welcoming to the community and a we endeavour to generate a team of allies who create a welcoming environment for everyone wanting to get into strength training.
- Sessions are our standard 1hour30, programmed the same as our standard sessions.

​Masters Weightlifting Class - Sundays @12pm
Our Masters Weightlifting Class is designed for athletes aged 35 and above who want to develop strength, technique, and power through Olympic-style weightlifting. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or new to the sport, this class focuses on safe, effective training tailored to the needs of Masters-age adults.

Over 60s Class - Tuesdays @3:30pm - Starting May 20th
Welcome to 60+ Strong, the strength training class designed specifically for adults aged 60 and over! Our sessions focus on building muscle, improving balance, and boosting confidence in a supportive, social environment.
Each class is tailored to all ability levels—whether you’re new to strength training or looking to maintain your active lifestyle. Through a combination of light weights, familiar movements, and bodyweight exercises, we help you improve bone density, joint health, and overall mobility. Our friendly community encourages you to work at your own pace, with modifications always available.

SWC Men's Mental Health sessions are a strength training and weightlifting class designed specifically for men who want to support each other through difficult times. Strength training is a research backed tool to help improve physical and mental wellbeing and this session will help you:
